Sierra-at-Tahoe is located only 12 miles west of beautiful Lake Tahoe and the South Lake Tahoe community. Sierra is suitable for skiers and snowboarders of all ability levels. From the area’s summit at 8,852 feet, guests can enjoy a panoramic view of Lake Tahoe and the northern Sierra Nevada range. Also known for some of the finest tree skiing imaginable – 5 backcountry gates allow access to 600 acres of off-piste skiing and riding. With over 2,000 acres of dynamic terrain, Sierra-at-Tahoe also offers tubing, snow bikes, snowshoeing with guided tours and children’s programs.
