Northstar is Lake Tahoe 's premier destination resort with activities to accommodate the single traveler or the entire family. Seventy runs and 17 lifts access a variety of terrain for all skiers and snowboarders. From the expert terrain on Lookout Mountain , and Lake Tahoe 's best pipes and parks, to the long cruisers on the Backside, Northstar has something for everyone. Children's Services: Award-winning programs for ages 2-12. Licensed child care (ages 2-6) and lessons (ages 4-12).
